Our Team
ERIC MUIR (Our Principal) graduated from Sydney University in 1974 with an Arts/Law Degree. He worked with the Commonwealth Crown Solicitors Office in Sydney until being called to the Bar. He then moved to Queensland in 1979 with his young family to take up a position in Brisbane with a national law firm until he commenced practice on the Gold Coast in 1981. He has practiced on the Gold Coast since that time.
MARK MUIR is our solicitor whose responsibility is to manage our conveyancing practice. Mark has worked on the Gold Coast for over 25 years. He has been involved in all aspects of property law including property developments, body corporate management and commercial and residential conveyancing, as well as Estate and Family Law. His wealth of knowledge in these important areas of law are second to none.
